Are you estate agents?

No. Estate agents work for and are paid by the vendor to achieve the highest price on their behalf. We act exclusively for the purchaser.

Are you affiliated with any estate agents?

No, we are a completely independent property-finding company. This means we can search through hundreds of estate agents and independent vendors. We offer impartial advice and only represent your interests.

Do you search for rental properties too?

Yes. We work on behalf of the tenant aiming to find them the best property available that best fits their criteria.

Which areas do you cover?

We specialise in Greater London within the M25.

How do we meet you?

We will come to you, at a time and place that best suits you! Usually this is either the office or home, but can be any venue you are comfortable with.

When is the best time to enrol your services?

As the property market can be very fast moving, you need to be in the strong position of being able to make a firm offer as soon as we find your perfect home. This means that once you have instructed us to search on your behalf, you need to be ready to proceed with a purchase.

Will you supply pictures of every property you visit?

We will endeavour to as we believe this is a crucial service that we provide.

• In the first instance it allows you to view pictures which show the property from a perspective which the estate agent may not show you. We can highlight negative aspects of the property and save you a fruitless visit.

• In the second instance we can highlight features of the property which you have told us you specifically require, so that you will know it is a property to personally view.

Either way, our specific photos are taken to represent your personal interests. Ultimately the taking of photos is dependent upon us receiving the property owner’s permission.
