  • Record your own comments on each property.

  • Compare and contrast properties online on your fully searchable personal portfolio database - no more searching for scraps of paper!

  • Go about your normal day in the safe knowledge that you have buyyourcommand comprehensively scouring the property market – and at the click of a button instantly seeing the results!

TRANSACTION FEES:

Purchasing

Upon registering for our services a non-refundable expenses deposit is payable in advance. This covers our cost of research and viewings and is redeemable against the final success fee.

It guarantees a three -month search period, within which time we would expect to have found a suitable property on your behalf.

If the search proves to be more difficult than originally thought and we agree to extend the contract, we will discuss increasing the expenses deposit at this time.

Our expenses deposit is £500.00 (payable in advance) and is redeemable against the success fee.

A Success Fee of 1% of the total purchase price will be payable upon completion.

Rental

Upon registering for our services a non-refundable expenses deposit is payable in advance. This covers our cost of research and viewings and is redeemable against the success fee.

It guarantees a 3-week search period, within which time we would expect to have found a suitable property on your behalf.

If the search proves to be more difficult than anticipated and we agree to extend the contract we will discuss increasing the expenses deposit at this time.

Our Registration Fee is £400.00 (payable in advance) which is redeemable against the success fee.

Upon signing the Tenancy Agreement, a Success Fee of 9.0% of total yearly rental will be payable.
